Brigitte Brunet
Founder & CEO
Brigitte transitioned from a successful career as a Certified Financial Planner to pursue her passion for real estate and entrepreneurship. After becoming a real estate investor herself and recognizing a gap in full-service property solutions, she founded Repin Inc. in 2019. Since then, she has led the company with a clear vision for growth and excellence. As CEO of Repin Inc. and Broker of Record of Repin Brokerage, Brigitte oversees operations and specializes in multi-family real estate sales across Northern Ontario. Her strong financial background, combined with her business acumen, continues to drive the success of the company. Outside of work, Brigitte enjoys spending time on the lake with her family, hosting bonfires, and BBQing with friends.

Luz Rodriguez
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Luz Rodriguez joined the company in August 2023, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry in her home country. She began her journey with us in reception and customer service, where her dedication and people-first approach quickly stood out. Over nearly two years, Luz took on increasing responsibilities, managing customer service for both tenants and property owners, and serving as a leasing agent. Through these roles, she gained a strong foundation in the real estate business and demonstrated a deep commitment to excellence. Luz was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer, a role in which she continues to bring her energy, insight, and passion for helping others. She thrives on building operational efficiency, quality control, strong relationships and is excited to contribute to the continued success of the team and the clients they serve. Outside of work, Luz enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, watching documentaries, and caring for her five furry little friends.

Vic Charron
Property Manager
Victor Charron joined Repin in September 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience in building and leading cross-functional teams. His deep expertise in unit turnovers, renovations, maintenance, and repairs has played a key role in positioning Repin as a trusted and competitive partner for property owners. Vic's hands-on approach and strategic insight have strengthened our operations and helped landlords maximize the value of their properties. He is passionate about cultivating strong relationships with both residential and commercial property owners and embraces the dynamic challenges that come with daily operations in the industry. Outside of work, Vic enjoys life on his farm, where he spends quality time with his family and tends to his chickens, pigs, ducks, and crops—his greatest passion.
Katerina Bodson
Office Administrator
Katerina has been with Repin since 2021 and currently serves as the Office Administrator. She manages the day-to-day finances and expenses, and works closely with our paralegal to coordinate LTB matters. With strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset, Katerina helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She says it's been exciting to watch the business grow and evolve over the years. Outside of work, Kat (for short) enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner and their dog Brandy—camping, fishing, and hunting whenever they can.

Confidence Onyema
Leasing Agent
Confidence joined Repin in April 2025 and currently serves as the Leasing Agent. With over four years of experience in customer service, project coordination, and instructor support, he brings a thoughtful and organized approach to helping tenants find the right fit. He also holds a Certification in Information Technology, which supports Repin's tech-forward mindset. Known for his calm focus, he enjoys working in a quiet office with light music playing. When it’s time to recharge, he is often behind the wheel on a scenic drive or catching a game of basketball with friends.
Ayesha Akter
Receptionist & Leasing Assistant
Ayesha is the Receptionist and Leasing Assistant at Repin. She has been proudly working with Repin since October 2024. In her role, she manages incoming calls, inquiries and support the leasing process by helping identify qualified leads. She enjoys connecting with a variety of people each day. With a strong focus on customer service, Ayesha is committed to creating a positive and efficient experience for both current and prospective tenants. Her approachable and friendly nature helps her build trust and offer the support people need when navigating rental decisions. Outside of work, Ayesha enjoy traveling, watching TV, listening to music, and spending quiet time at home with her cat. These moments help her recharge and stay balanced, so she can bring her best self to both my work and personal life.
